Ihtiwa — Patient Care & Case Management Platform

A comprehensive platform for Ihtiwa Center managing patient beneficiaries end to end: case files, daily follow-up forms, vital signs and medical appointments, exit permits, a social-care track (assessments, studies, and sessions), and time-critical safety alerts such as emergency and suicide-risk reports. A manager dashboard surfaces live KPIs, occupancy rate, and 12-month beneficiary growth. I built the role-based dashboards, the clinical/social records model, and the alerting workflow.
