A back-office system that runs a charity end to end: beneficiary records and monthly follow-up, service requests, warehouse inventory and requests, field researchers, drivers, and delivery-trip dispatching — all surfaced through role-based dashboards and status analytics. I designed the data model and the reporting layer that keeps every department in sync.
